Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking an S&OP Analyst to drive the monthly planning cycle, forecast demand, and coordinate supply planning across the organization. You will monitor inventory health, prepare KPI dashboards, and deliver financial impact assessments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3 years in supply chain, with strong ERP/MRP/WMS experience. The position is on-site in Michigan; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Organized and detail-focused with strong communications and process documentation.
• Ability to solve complex customer and supplier issues as part of the solution.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Working knowledge of ERP, MRP, and WMS; ability to interpret complex data sets and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly S&OP cycle: develop demand forecast, integrate supply planning, and facilitate a consensus plan aligned with business goals.
• Analyze the supply/demand gap and recommend action plans—inventory adjustments, capacity changes, and trade-offs.
• Monitor inventory health across warehouses and ensure readiness for on-time delivery.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by controlling demand forecast and purchasing plan.
• Prepare and present regular S&OP reports and KPI dashboards to management.
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial impact assessments for the S&OP plan.
