Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of commercial roofing estimating experience required.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor the service team and manage the department.
• Ability to develop prequalification and technical proposal packages and bid letters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service department and mentor its management team.
• Develop and manage business opportunities and bidding opportunities.
• Produce project estimates for commercial roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal service projects.
• Track job costing vs. profit and optimize profitability.
• Review proposals and contracts for completeness and accuracy.
