The Jamar Company is seeking a Roofing Account Manager to act as the primary contact for commercial and industrial roofing clients. You will protect facilities, maximize roof system life, and plan for maintenance and capital improvements, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements include 5+ years in roofing, strong client relationship skills, CRM platform experience, and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• Five (5) years or more of experience in the commercial or industrial roofing industry, including client account management.
• Proven ability to build, maintain, and balance strong client relationships.
• Skilled in identifying client needs and translating them into actionable, results-driven solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and industrial roofing clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Meet regularly with customers to understand facility needs and long-term objectives.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and service contracts.
• Coordinate roofing solutions with internal service, operations, and project teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and support account growth.
• Monitor account performance and provide recommendations based on roofing system conditions and market trends.
