Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Strategy & Engagement Manager, Risk & Resilience to shape and deliver advisory capabilities for enterprise clients. You will lead client workstreams, translate risk and technology challenges into practical strategies, and collaborate with experts across security, cloud, AI, and compliance.

You will help build methods, tools, and assets to scale the practice and drive growth across enterprise engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; 6 years’ related experience or equivalent combination.
Experience in consulting, advisory services, risk, resilience, cybersecurity, technology transformation, or similar.
Ability to structure complex business problems into actionable recommendations and execution plans.
Experience leading client-facing workstreams with multiple stakeholders and SMEs.
Experience creating executive-level presentations, recommendations, proposals, and scopes of work.
Knowledge of enterprise risk, resilience, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, governance, or compliance concepts.

Responsibilities

Define and structure complex enterprise risk, resilience, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, governance, and compliance challenges.
Lead advisory workstreams from discovery to recommendations, planning, and executive readouts.
Facilitate client workshops with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and leadership across risk and security.
Translate business and tech risks into priorities, roadmaps, and executable plans.
Develop executive-ready deliverables and client-facing materials; build trusted client relationships.
Develop repeatable Risk & Resilience methodologies and reusable collateral.
