Qualifications

• Typically more than six years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with RCA Managers to create and oversee an effective risk management framework.
• Identify gaps and inform solutions to minimize losses from gaps in processes or controls.
• Escalate risks appropriately and liaise between business lines and lines-of-defense.
• Support knowledge of trustee/custodian services and ERISA/retirement plan rules.
