Job summary

Waymo is hiring a Programs Manager to drive cross-functional roadmaps for the Waymo Driver initiatives. The role collaborates with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Ops to structure, own, and deploy programs across domestic and international markets.

You will lead modernization efforts in the insurance ecosystem, manage timelines and blockers, and report progress to senior leadership. Hybrid work arrangement; reports to a Manager of Program Management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing complex programs where precision and attention to detail are critical to success.
• Experience leading large high-stakes programs across teams (Insurance, Product, Safety, Engineering, Ops).
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clear decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive programs across modernization of the risk & insurance ecosystem in domestic and international markets.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish strategies with roadmaps, milestones, and blockers.
• Prioritize, manage, and drive timelines, risks, and dependencies; align scope and schedule.
