Job summary

Foley Entertainment Group is seeking a seasoned Risk and Insurance Manager to lead enterprise risk management, oversee claims handling, and manage the organization’s insurance portfolio for sports and entertainment venues. You will partner with Operations, Legal, Finance, Security and Facilities to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while protecting assets, guests, employees, and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in risk management, business or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in risk management, corporate insurance, sports/entertainment operations, and claims management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise risk management frameworks and risk registers.
• Manage property, casualty, workers’ compensation, automobile, and liability claims.
• Review contracts for appropriate risk transfer and insurance requirements.
• Support risk planning for professional sports events, concerts, and venues.
• Lead loss prevention initiatives and safety programs across operations.
• Ensure compliance with policy requirements and reporting obligations.
• Assist with annual insurance marketing, renewal processes, and budgeting.
• Coordinate broker and carrier negotiations and monitor service levels.
