Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior-level Risk PMO professional to define, own, and execute large-scale regulatory programs globally. You will operate with autonomy, influence senior leadership, and drive end-to-end execution across diverse teams including Legal, Compliance, Product, and Data Science.

You will partner with GTM and account leadership to turn complex regulations into competitive advantages, build durable operating models, and ensure scalable processes that protect revenue and user trust.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Hands-on execution track record: manage complex, multi-stakeholder project plans from inception to completion.
• Exceptional communication & storytelling: distill complex topics for external and senior audiences.
• Systems and infrastructure builder: design, launch, and scale cross-functional operating models and PMO frameworks.
• Growth mindset: willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and act on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute high-stakes global programs end-to-end, from strategy and scoping to project planning and day-to-day tracking.
• Drive improvements in operational processes with scalable systems and workflows.
• Bridge compliance and commercial strategy with GTM and account leadership.
• Build and run operating models across Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Prepare strategic reviews for senior stakeholders and manage critical escalations.
• Translate user friction into program evolution with data-driven insights.
• Diagnose and resolve systemic operational gaps to prevent impact to users.
• Champion Stripe’s Operating Principles and foster a high-performance culture.
