Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior program manager to lead global regulatory initiatives within the Risk PMO. You will define and execute program strategies, enabling autonomous delivery across a portfolio of projects and interfaces with Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and GTM.

This high-visibility IC role influences senior leadership, designs long-term vision, builds templates, tracks deliverables, writes docs, and unblocks cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or GTM in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on execution track record with multi-stakeholder project plans and deliverables.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling to translate complex topics for senior audiences.
• Systems and infrastructure builder with experience designing scalable PMO frameworks.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
