Job summary

Yamaha Motor Finance US seeks a Risk & Analytics Manager to lead strategic analysis within the Analytics Center of Excellence. You will build analytical methods to evaluate portfolio decisions, study loss performance factors, and support CRM analytics.

You’ll manage a team of up to 3 analysts and deliver insights to guide Credit Risk and business strategy. You will design and implement quantitative analyses, including vintage analysis, portfolio segmentation, and scoring enhancements, partnering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 4–6 years of analytical work experience with some leadership responsibility.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to explain analytics findings to Senior Management.
• Interpersonal and planning skills across management levels.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of up to 3 risk and strategy analysts to provide analytical and reporting support across Risk, Accounting, Operations, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, and FP&A.
• Drive strategy design and optimization through quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and performance monitoring across the finance portfolio.
• Apply advanced analytical approaches to develop and refine management strategies and provide actionable insights.
• Use Data Mining, AI and ML to evaluate and enhance business performance.
• Design and implement business strategies and track post‑implementation performance outcomes.
