Job summary

The State of Wyoming seeks a full-time Right of Way Assistant Administrator in Cheyenne to oversee the real estate acquisition and management for transportation projects. You will manage work production crews, ensure compliance with state and federal rules, and guide complex landowner negotiations.

Ideal candidates have a degree and experience in lands management, appraisal, or title work, with preferred professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1-3 years in real estate, appraisal, acquisition or title work at Lands Management level.
• 4-7 years with substitution acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Right of Way project managers and staff.
• Oversee land acquisition, appraisal, and title work for WYDOT projects.
• Ensure compliance with FHWA, state and federal regulations.
