Job summary

State of Wyoming is seeking a State Facilities Program Manager to lead WYDOT’s statewide facilities planning, construction, and maintenance efforts. You will drive a functional area from the ground up, negotiating contracts and implementing advanced building technologies to support a safe transportation system.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years in construction management at a facilities level, a relevant degree, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in construction management at the facility manager level.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel significant distances.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance for statewide facilities planning, construction, and maintenance.
• Supervise staff and manage staffing, hiring, performance, and safety.
• Coordinate with divisions and stakeholders to meet department goals and budgets.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and performance measures.
