Qualifications

• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in right of way management and related land rights considerations.

Responsibilities

• Recommends long- and short-term strategic plans to improve right of way efficiencies.
• Oversees trends and takes necessary action.
• Monitors compliance of right of way activities with regulations and policies.
• Manages land and easement acquisitions including licenses and permits.
• Coordinates with legal teams on easements, deeds and related conveyances.
• Leads negotiations with landowners to reach agreement or impasse before eminent domain.
