Plains All American seeks a Senior Land Representative to lead land strategy for capital expansion projects. You will manage negotiations, title research, and documentation for right-of-way, easements and leases across our pipeline network.

Strong communication with landowners and internal teams is essential. Candidates should have 8–10+ years in land-related roles or 5+ years with a Petroleum Land or Energy Management degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, four-year university.
• 8–10+ years land-related experience, or 5+ years with degree in Petroleum Land Management or Energy Management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and ability to communicate with landowners and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple capital expansion projects; coordinate with contractors, surveyors, legal teams, and project managers to meet timelines.
• Negotiate damage settlements; acquire right-of-way and fee property; negotiate lease terms for leased properties.
• Oversee third-party land contractors for easements and land rights for pipelines and facilities.
• Draft and review land-related documents including easements, leases, permits, deeds, and lien subordinations.
• Assist in acquisition/divestiture of pipelines, facilities and land sites; organize project land-related materials and budgets.
