Job summary

Kinder Morgan, Inc. is seeking a Land & Right-of-Way Agent to support Operations through proactive management of landowner relationships, right-of-way compliance, and property rights acquisitions in the Texas service area.

You will coordinate with landowners, contractors, and internal teams to keep facilities accessible and compliant with agreements, permits, and regulatory requirements. The role requires negotiation skills, strong communication, and knowledge of easement rights, title records,

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of experience in right-of-way, land acquisition, real estate, utility operations, public agency relations, or related field.
• Experience negotiating land rights and property agreements.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the service territory.
• A satisfactory Driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve encroachments impacting company property rights.
• Investigate property ownership, title records, easement rights, deeds, permits, licenses.
• Support right-of-way inspections and evaluate impacts to assets.
• Negotiate easements, licenses, permits, and other land rights.
• Coordinate communications between Operations, Engineering, Legal, and external stakeholders.
