Job summary

Badger Meter, Inc. seeks a Proposal Specialist to ensure accurate information on products, services, and pricing for RFP responses.

You will collaborate with the proposal, legal, marketing, and sales teams to develop high-quality responses that win new business and maintain contracts. The role requires proficient RFP management, collaboration across departments, and a continuous improvement mindset to streamline data gathering for future projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Education, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Sales, Grant Writing, Education or Business desired.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and understand each RFP and partner with Lead/Writer to start each response efficiently.
• Participate in sales meetings to assess product and service needs for the response.
• Oversee material gathering and response submissions for each RFP including pricing.
