Job summary

A leading digital experience platform is looking for an RFP Program Manager to oversee proposal management and ensure timely, high-quality submission of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with teams across Sales, Product, and Legal. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in RFP/proposal management, sales operations, or solution engineering.
• Strong project management and organizational skills required.

• Familiarity with SaaS business models strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full RFP lifecycle from intake through submission.
• Assess requirements and build structured response plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from various departments.
• Draft, edit, and refine responses for clarity and consistency.
• Maintain and evolve the RFP knowledge base.
