The role requires 10+ years in business planning or related areas and 5+ years in leadership, with a Bachelor's degree and advanced degree preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in business planning or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead annual operating plans, revenue forecasts, headcount planning, capacity models, and growth strategies.
• Develop revenue models, forecasts, performance reporting, and business insights for leadership decisions.
• Translate objectives into measurable plans and performance expectations.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee lead generation strategy, pipeline development, and program effectiveness.
• Design, administer, and optimize sales compensation and commissions.
• Manage quota development, territory alignment, and performance monitoring.
• Direct the Commercial Project Management organization and post-sale customer lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Construction, Operations, Engineering, and Care.
• Establish metrics and rhythms to improve accountability and revenue realization.
