Job summary

The role involves developing frameworks, guiding cross-functional collaboration, and delivering data-driven recommendations to senior leadership for upcoming initiatives and potential risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• 5+ years of strategic planning support or project management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language (ASL) preferred.
• Strategy planning or project management certifications preferred (PMP or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead the organizational planning lifecycle with goal setting, monitoring, and progress reporting.
• Establish a strategic planning framework with standards and training to align priorities.
• Coordinate cross-divisional alignment of objectives and identify dependencies for collaboration.
• Evaluate tools and develop resources to improve planning processes and user adoption.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to guide strategic recommendations.
• Provide strategic support to leaders to develop plans for major changes and new initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
