Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks an AI & Decision Intelligence Director to establish and scale AI, ML, and automation capabilities within Revenue Intelligence.

You will identify business opportunities, deploy practical AI solutions, and deliver capabilities that enhance forecasting, customer intelligence, and decision support. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Analytics, Technology, and other teams to translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled outcomes and measurable

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Data Science, CS, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Analytics or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AI, ML, or automation.
• Experience deploying ML/AI solutions in production.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI.
• Strong programming and analytical skills in Python and SQL.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to executives.
• Experience with Azure AI, Databricks, and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and automation roadmap for Revenue Intelligence.
• Identify high-value AI use cases across commercial functions.
• Develop scalable AI, ML, predictive analytics, and automation solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to realize measurable business value.
• Measure adoption and value realization of AI and automation initiatives.
• Manage external vendors and contractors.
