Vizient in Irving, TX, seeks an AI & Decision Intelligence Director to scale AI, ML, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation across Revenue Intelligence. Identify high-impact opportunities and deploy practical AI-driven solutions to improve forecasting, customer intelligence, and decision support.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Analytics, and Technology, translating business challenges into scalable solutions and delivering measurable value

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI, analytics, or automation.
• Experience deploying ML/AI solutions in production environments.
• Proficient with large language models (LLMs) and emerging AI tech.
• Strong programming with Python and SQL; ability to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Experience collaborating across functions and managing external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI & Automation Innovation roadmap and execution.
• Design and deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Build forecasting, recommendation, and customer intelligence models.
• Drive automation to streamline insight generation and decision support.
