Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Senior Supplier Relations professional to drive revenue growth by identifying new partnerships and overseeing governance with key suppliers. You will support the Director in setting agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking follow-ups across the governance model.

Responsibilities include gathering stakeholder insights, aligning suppliers on initiatives and metrics, and validating supplier pricing changes to ensure objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience; or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9+ years of specific experience
• Master’s Degree/MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the identification of new partnership opportunities, relationship management strategies, and innovation initiatives beyond the existing portfolio to drive revenue growth
• Assist in defining and managing supplier top to top relationship and governance structure to enhance collaboration and accountability
• Work with the Director in developing agendas, establishing discussion priorities, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking action items across the governance model.
• Gather internal stakeholder insights and collaborate with suppliers to align on key initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic priorities
• Evaluate, validate, and process supplier pricing changes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Establish performance objectives, track progress, and ensure consistent execution across supplier partnerships and programs.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience
