Htprof in Gratiot, OH, is seeking a Manager Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems / IT / Healthcare for a direct-hire, hybrid role requiring onsite presence 50% of the time. Salary range 95K-125K with full benefits; leadership of revenue-cycle and financial systems projects across the system life cycle.

Responsibilities include managing system projects, team supervision of registration, billing, HIM, and non-clinical teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables with Epic expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office products including MS Project.
• Five years of information systems experience and a minimum of three years of healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems and enterprise systems experience.
• Strong personnel management, project management, information systems project skills and technology management experience.
• Strong oral/written communication skills and customer service skills.
• Experience with managing large and small system selection, system acquisition, system implementation projects.
• Experience with concepts and project and resource management for system acquisition, system design, system implementation, system development and system maintenance.
• Experience with process re-design and process re-engineering methodologies and techniques.

Responsabilités

• Manages and directly participates in the management of revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects, analysis, design, implementation, and coordinates activities across the system life cycle.
• Supervises daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, hospital and ambulatory billing and other non-clinical departmental system teams.
• Determines work schedules, monitors performance and educates staff.
• Plans and manages day-to-day activities of teams including prioritization and meeting plans.
• Ensures integration of system configuration and coordinated design/build.
• Prepares summary team status reports and reviews with Project Director.
• Ensures project plan completion and risk assessment.
• Provides Epic experience and applies it to team tasks and deliverables.
• Maintains timely decisions, follows communication process and promotes new system to users.
• Coordinates with Project Director and Implementation Steering Team as needed.
• Remains current on information technology and related practices.
• Coordinates activities to provide seamless services to clients and identifies client needs and requirements.
• Provides technical leadership to IS and enterprise, guiding future information systems direction.
• Engages in investigation, evaluation, consulting, systems analysis, design and management of systems projects.
