Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager for a hospital in Gratiot, OH. The role focuses on leading revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects, with hybrid onsite requirements and a competitive compensation package.

You will oversee system implementations, lead cross-functional teams, and coordinate with the Project Director to ensure timely, quality deliverables in a healthcare IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience with healthcare revenue cycle and enterprise systems experience.
• Strong oral/written communication skills and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and participates in revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects from analysis through implementation and support.
• Supervises daily operations of system teams (registration, scheduling, HIM, imaging, billing).
• Plans schedules, monitors performance, and educates staff.
• Ensures system configuration integration and quality deliverables.
• Develops weekly status reports and communicates with the Project Director.
