Job summary

Sterling St James Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager to lead IT-enabled healthcare revenue cycle and financial systems initiatives in Gratiot, OH. The role blends project management, system design, and team leadership to deliver integrated revenue cycle solutions.

The position is full-time, hybrid with onsite requirements; compensation ranges $95,000–$125,000 based on experience, with full benefits. Strong communication and governance skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience and a minimum of three years of healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems experience.
• Strong personnel management, project management, information systems project skills and technology management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directly participates in the management of revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects from analysis to implementation.
• Supervises daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, billing and other non-clinical system teams.
• Plans and manages day-to-day activities of teams, prioritizes work and meetings, and ensures on-time delivery.
• Ensures integration of system configuration and quality control across teams.
• Develops weekly status reports for the Project Director and coordinates with stakeholders.
