KLA Industries seeks a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager to lead IT projects across revenue cycle and financial systems. The role combines business process improvement with system development and implementation in a healthcare setting.

Hybrid work arrangement requires onsite presence in Gratiot, OH about half the time; a strong background in information systems and healthcare finance is essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience and three years in healthcare revenue cycle/financial/operational systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and participate in revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects across the full lifecycle.
• Supervise daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, imaging, billing and related teams.
• Plan, prioritize, monitor performance, and resolve project issues with staff.
• Coordinate system configuration, training, and documentation for go-live readiness.
• Prepare weekly status reports for the Project Director and ensure quality deliverables.
