Qualifications
- 8+ years in revenue cycle analytics
- Healthcare revenue cycle operations knowledge
- Epic Clarity data model experience (Resolute/Hospital Billing)
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with Snowflake and Power BI
- Translate data into client-ready insights
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions for Customer Operations and Service Delivery
- Use SQL and data modeling to extract, transform, and validate data from revenue cycle environments
- Apply Epic Clarity to identify trends, defects and opportunities
- Translate analysis into client-ready reporting and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Conduct account and performance reviews to surface actionable opportunities
- Perform QA on metrics and reports for accuracy and credibility
- Own follow-up actions and drive execution against recommendations
- Serve as analytics partner to internal teams and client counterparts
- Contribute thought leadership and mentorship to the analytics function
