Job summary

Rebel Athletic LLC in Carrollton, Texas is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to oversee revenue recognition, billing accuracy, and close processes. You will collaborate with Accounting, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure proper revenue treatment and strong internal controls.

This role is full-time, office-based in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting with revenue recognition, GAAP expertise, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years accounting experience with a focus on revenue recognition and close.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly revenue recognition principles.
• Experience with month-end close processes and account reconciliations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Recognition and Compliance: ensure proper revenue treatment under U.S. GAAP and company policies.
• Month-End and Close Process: lead revenue-related close activities and reconciliations.
• Billing and Accounts Receivable Support: oversee invoicing and cash application.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: prepare revenue reports and analyze trends.
• Internal Controls and Process Improvement: maintain controls over revenue processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations.
