Job summary

Kandi America in Dallas is seeking a proactive Finance Lead to own the revenue cycle and support the Sales team with strategic insights on promotions and rebates. You will oversee the billing process, AR management, and payment recording to ensure accurate financials and timely close.

The role requires 3+ years in accounting/finance with strong AR and sales analysis, high proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP, advanced Excel, and fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese. In-office in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with emphasis on AR and sales analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite (preferred) or similar ERP systems.
• Expert level in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookups) and Google Workspace.
• Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (excellent verbal and written skills).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing and timely invoicing.
• Directly resolve complex billing issues or payment disputes with customers.
• Overhaul AR aging and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.
• Record and reconcile customer payments (Check, ACH, Credit Card, etc.).
• Analyze profitability and the bottom-line impact of promotions and rebates.
• Provide financial guidance to the sales team on contract terms, credit limits, and deals.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and assist with audits.
• Perform other ad-hoc financial tasks and special projects as needed.
