• Conduct regular store meetings.
• Evaluate performance through PDAs.

• Manage inventories, finances, and store assets.
• Ensure policies are followed and communicate with DM.
• Support grass roots marketing programs in the market.
• Interview and hire sales associates with DM/HR support.
• Maintain positive attitude with staff, visitors, vendors, customers.
