Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day store operations following SAS philosophy and standards.

• Set expectations and communicate regularly; conduct store meetings.
• Evaluate staff through performance development plans.
• Hold associates accountable for duties and training.
• Oversee inventories, finances and assets; control expenditures.
• Ensure policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
• Work with District Manager to set goals and grow store volume.
• Maintain inventory levels and grass roots marketing efforts.
