Qualifications

• Direct and motivate employees to reach goals.
• Lead, coach, and direct staff to optimize store performance.
• Set expectations and conduct regular store meetings.
• Evaluate performance using PDA.
• Maintain inventories and store assets.
• Coordinate with District Manager to grow store volume.
• Oversee hiring of sales associates.
• Promote Grass Roots marketing programs.
