BlueLinx is seeking a motivated National Accounts Representative - Retail to support and grow relationships with our largest retail customers. You’ll be part of an inside National Accounts team, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

This role offers hands-on experience in the building products industry and big-box retail, with a clear path for career growth within BlueLinx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 0–2 years of experience (recent grad/early-career).
• Strong communicator on phone, Teams, and email.
• Sales-minded with relationship-building and growth focus.
• Organized with multi-priority management in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and responsive, focused on customer experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and quick learning of new systems.

Responsibilities

• Be a key contact for national retail customers, delivering timely product information.
• Build customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow sales.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure outstanding customer experience.
• Research concerns, coordinate solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
