Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 0–2 years of experience (recent grad/early-career).
• Strong communicator on phone, Teams, and email.
• Sales-minded with relationship-building and growth focus.

As part of our high-performing inside National Accounts team, you'll partner across the organization to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales growth. What You’ll Do:

• Be a key point of contact for our national retail customers, providing timely product information and support.
• Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow sales and expand our business.
• Partner with teammates across the organization to ensure we're delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Help solve customer issues by researching concerns, coordinating solutions, and following through to ensure satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

The salary range provided is a good‑faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job‑related considerations. BlueLinx also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health care, dental, vision, life and disability insurance starting the first day of the month, 15 days of paid time off that start accruing your first day, and 8 paid holidays per year.
