Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred: Experience selling composite decking, railing, fencing, or other outdoor living products.
• Preferred: Experience working with national retailers, building product distributors, or lumber dealers.

Responsibilities

• Support and grow relationships with major retail customers in the Outdoor Living category.
• Champion composite decking, railing, and related outdoor living products within customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and support category growth.
• Partner with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to execute programs and deliver exceptional service.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
• Serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing product and category insights.
