Job summary

H.E.B. is seeking a Retail Media Account Manager II to ensure compliant, customer-focused campaign execution on more complex accounts, provide analytics and reporting, and nurture account relationships to grow our client base.

You will collaborate with Sales, Media Planning and Activation, manage billing, deliver detailed campaign insights, and stay current on retail media trends. Travel by car or plane with overnight stays may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in account management, digital advertising, ad operations, or media planning.
• Experience in project management.
• Related degree or equivalent training/certification.

Responsibilities

• Serves as post-sale quarterback and main contact for campaign execution.
• Collaborates with Sales, Media Planning, and Activation to meet goals.
• Coordinates campaign communication, administration, reporting and billing.
• Develops data-driven initiatives to increase ad revenue.
• Builds collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
• Manages billing and timely payments.
• Stays current on retail media trends.
