Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and analytical skills for sales data interpretation.
• Experience negotiating pricing, contracts, and business agreements.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and grow a portfolio of retail, eCommerce, omnichannel, marketplace, and utility bedding accounts.
• Drive profitable sales growth through proactive business development and new customer acquisition.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and trade shows.
• Lead sales efforts for key customers, distributors, and strategic channel partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction.
