High Profile, Inc. in Plano seeks an experienced Retail & Insights Senior Analyst to drive advanced analytics and translate data into actionable insights for growth and efficiency.

You will partner across teams and mentor junior analysts while shaping data-driven decision-making at the leadership level. The role requires strong SQL, BI tool expertise, and the ability to translate complex questions into structured analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of SQL experience with large-scale data repositories.
• 4+ years of experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Sigma, or similar).
• 4+ years translating data into actionable business recommendations.
• Advanced Python experience is a strong plus, but not required.
• Advanced SQL, data modeling, statistical analysis, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work across multiple functional areas.
• Excellent communication and data visualization skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data and insights.
• Strong leadership mindset with experience mentoring others.
• Highly curious, proactive, self-directed, and committed to accuracy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives and act as a trusted strategic advisor to business stakeholders.
• Translate complex and ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches.
• Develop advanced SQL queries, statistical analyses, and data models.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and inefficiencies across business functions.
• Design analytical frameworks, tools, and solutions to support strategic decisions.
• Lead process improvements, reporting automation, and data-driven initiatives.
• Translate complex findings into clear recommendations and presentations for senior leaders.
• Maintain knowledge of the organization’s data ecosystem and connect insights across business areas.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote strong analytical, technical, and communication practices.
• Measure and communicate the business impact of analytics-driven improvements.
