High Profile is partnering with our client to identify an analytical, business-minded Retail & Insights Analyst II to transform complex data into actionable insights.

The role focuses on building SQL-driven reports, dynamic dashboards, and delivering data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years hands-on SQL experience with large-scale, complex data repositories.
• 2+ years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Sigma, or similar platforms; translating data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
• Build and enhance dashboards that communicate trends, drivers, and performance.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Serve as an analytics partner to assigned business areas and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced reporting.
• Own recurring reports, dashboards, and analytical processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Partner with Technology and Analytics teams to extract, validate, and document data.
• Translate complex findings into clear recommendations and business insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities with minimal direction while meeting deadlines.

• Strong ability to gather and validate business requirements with limited guidance.
