Job summary

Sud Recruiting is seeking a Senior Analyst of Insights & Analytics for a top-tier Retail services leader in Plano, TX. The role blends analytics, storytelling, and business impact, delivering actionable insights to retail clients and internal stakeholders.

You will build dashboards (SQL/Tableau/Power BI), explore data, and translate complex findings into strategic recommendations that improve merchandising, forecasting, and labor planning. This is an in-office, full-time role in Plano.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of analytics experience, ideally within B2C, retail, or consumer goods.
• Hands on experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
• Strong verbal communication, client presentation, project management and prioritization skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality analytics and strategic insights for retail clients and internal stakeholders.
• Apply analytical methods to inform strategic planning and daily decision making.
• Build and maintain dashboards to visualize KPIs and communicate trend shifts.
• Support EDW, AI, data transformation and BI initiatives with technology teams.
• Collaborate with retailers to optimize merchandising, demand forecasting, product mix, labor planning, and inventory.
