CJ Schwan's in Hopkins, MN is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The role supports our retail CPG business through financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis.

You will lead FP&A activities, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 annually with a 10% incentive bonus; benefits include health, retirement, time off, and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in retail CPG.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP/SQL/BEx experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the retail CPG business.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, including profitability, expenses, costs, and key business drivers.
• Support timely budget, forecast, and monthly reporting processes.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive business planning, decision-making, and performance improvements.
• Develop financial models and perform ROI, pricing, costing, capital investment, and risk-benefit analyses.
• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Manage monthly allocations across business units.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects.

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
