Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is seeking a Sales Planner to support the Customer HQ sales planning process at our Hopkins, MN headquarters. You will assist in managing timelines, data entry, sales processes, and operational activities to keep the organization running smoothly.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, project management ability, and a solid understanding of basic P/L metrics, with a focus on accuracy and independence in daily work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office and willingness to learn new systems.
• Experience with coordinating sales planning processes.
• Understanding of basic P/L and customer investment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities essential to Customer HQ Sales planning including vendor contracts and compliance.
• Support HQ sales managers with pricing reconciliation and product authorizations.
• Maintain hierarchy and master data; assist with mergers and communications.
• Oversee CRM data across portals, enter promotions and contracts, and track price changes.
• Execute sales processes and suggest improvements.
