The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Illinois is seeking an Order to Cash specialist to serve as the primary contact for Premier/Strategic Retail Partners in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will coordinate orders, shipments, and data across Sales, Planners, Distribution, and Retail Partners, leveraging SAP and WMS to drive on-time fulfillment and financial targets for North America accounts. Strong analytical skills and attention to SOX-compliant processes are essential to succeed in

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain operations and stakeholder relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of end-to-end order fulfillment processes, from order placement through delivery and post-delivery customer support.
• Ability to research, analyze, and communicate large volumes of data across multiple systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for Premier/Strategic Retail Partner(s) and manage order fulfillment and shipment status.
• Synchronize orders with material availability and financial targets in line with SOX guidelines.
• Analyze stock positions using SAP tools (ATP, Delivery Blocks) to prioritize actions.
• Ensure all account shipments meet month-end targets for ELC.
• Collaborate with planners, event management, and buyers to manage inventory and revenue targets across brands.
• Generate reports from ordering systems summarizing weekly/monthly activities.
