Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dedicated logistics liaison to act as the single point of contact for Premier/Strategic Retail Partners. You will manage orders, shipments, and retailer master data, coordinating with Sales, Planners, Distribution, and Retail Partners across North America.

You will analyze stock, use SAP ATP, and generate weekly/monthly reports while ensuring timely, compliant order execution and optimized transportation and costs.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain operations and stakeholder relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of end-to-end order fulfillment processes from order placement through delivery and post-delivery customer support.
• Ability to research, analyze, and communicate large volumes of data across multiple systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for Premier/Strategic Retail Partner(s) for order management, shipment status, and reporting.
• Synchronize orders with material availability and financial targets in accordance with SOX guidelines.
• Analyze stock positions and utilize SAP ATP to prioritize actions to meet financial targets and sales objectives.
• Ensure all account shipments are executed to meet month-end targets.
• Collaborate with planners, transportation groups, and retailers to meet product/shipping revenue targets across brands.
• Generate and review reports from ordering systems to summarize weekly/monthly activity and revenue.
