Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Manager, Account Management to drive sales and profitability through executing daily operations for assigned accounts, reporting to the Director, Account Lead. You will coordinate retailer needs with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will collaborate with Planning, Retailer.com, and Account Leads to program promotions, GWPs, seasonal updates, and events that attract new customers and strengthen brand partnerships.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of related experience in Beauty, CPG, and/or Retail.
• Strategic mindset with excellent quantitative, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexible and able to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong relationship builder. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across cross functional teams.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales results and distribute a summary of findings.
• Partner with Planning to execute and recap all retailer promotions, completing recaps and summarizing results as needed.
• Partner with Retailer.com and Account Leads to program and execute retailer GWPs and sampling to drive new customer acquisition and return to brand.
• Partner with Planning to ensure all item setup for NPL is completed in a timely fashion.
• Work with retailer partners to execute seasonal programming, including seasonal updates, secondary placements, events, promotions and more.
• Monitor competitive core and new launch programming to understand appropriate programing strategies.
• Collaborate with Field Team and Event Manager on developing tools for in-store events and activations.
• Coordinate with Event Manager and Account Lead to execute door level eventing strategies.
• Assist in scheduling all Seasonal Market and Post Market Meetings and manage subsequent Action Registries by account.
