Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, guide the team, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of service and profitability.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The GM will foster a positive culture, mentor team members, and strive for excellence in guest experiences while balancing costs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Restaurant management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, team development, and sales growth.
• Drive profitability by managing costs, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
• Create and maintain a positive culture and strong team morale through guidance and leadership.
• Complete performance reviews and assist with staff development and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and safety procedures.
