Job summary

MITRE is seeking an IC Resource Manager to provide expert resource management at the intersection of Intelligence Community strategy, budgets, and execution. You will work with senior Government officials to align resource requirements with sponsor priorities, including CT, CI, and other national intelligence areas.

The role supports strategic planning, budgeting, and program execution, translating mission needs into actionable resource plans across components.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's; or 5 years with a PhD; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community resource management, programming, budgeting, or resource execution.
• Experience with CBJB, NIP, MIP, or related IC planning, programming, budgeting, and execution processes.
• Experience with PPBE or IPPBE cycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic resource management advice and analysis to senior Government officials supporting IC priorities.
• Integrate mission strategy, requirements, programs, budgets, and execution data to assess alignment with sponsor priorities.
• Support the full resource lifecycle from strategic planning to execution and assessment.
• Analyze competing demands and develop recommendations for resource allocation or realignment.
• Collaborate across organizational boundaries to understand resource requirements and dependencies.
• Assess budget execution and identify emerging issues and opportunities for realignment.
• Develop analyses and briefings that enable leaders to understand resource tradeoffs.
• Leverage sponsor financial and programmatic data to inform sponsor decisions.
