Analytic Solutions Group is seeking a Budget Analyst SME - Formulation to lead budget development, execution and monitoring within the IPPBE framework for NIP programs on IC-wide initiatives. The role requires senior budgeting experience and an active TS/SCI clearance.

The position emphasizes strategic resource alignment, congressional briefings, and interagency collaboration. On-site in McLean, VA, with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current and active TS/SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• 12–15 years of prior relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 10–13 years with a Master’s.
• 7–10 years in government budgeting, including 3–5 years in the Intelligence Community.
• Proven expertise in government budget formulation activities and IPPBE familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support budget program execution, ensuring alignment with resources and goals.
• Generate budget reports for offices and NIP programs, and assist in budget submissions.
• Assist in budget analysis, data calls, and portfolio reviews; draft CBJB input for Congress.
• Contribute to CBJB National Intelligence Program missions and related sections.
• Prepare talking points, briefings, products, and congressional responses for the NIP.
• Track congressional legislation and its impacts on the NIP budget.
