Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Global Mission Operations Support (GMOS) contract, supporting the Department of State. Requirements include a BA/BS with 8 years of experience, active Secret clearance, and ITSM experience.

Responsibilities

Leads IT project management services supporting DT/EA/CST Portfolio and Product Teams across enterprise.
Establishes structured processes engaging with Product Teams throughout entire product life cycle ensuring early and continuous Service Operations involvement.
Provides comprehensive operational guidance advising Product Teams on infrastructure, security, monitoring, and support requirements.
Develops comprehensive deployment readiness checklists providing oversight to confirm completion prior to deployment.
Establishes communication protocols keeping Service Operations informed of all planned deployments and changes.
Conducts comprehensive pre-deployment reviews validating readiness ensuring resolution of issues identified.
Leads post-deployment support ensuring smooth transition to production with proactive monitoring.
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments, plans and leads major technical assignments, and functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments; may supervise others.
