U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command seeks a Chief, Resource Management to lead the financial management program, supervise budget staff, and guide multi-year budget execution for the National Ground Intelligence Center.

The role requires developing solutions to complex budget and manpower challenges, directing staff, and ensuring training and performance standards. A TS/SCI/SBI clearance is required, with potential extended TDY deployments.

Competenze

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least GG/GS-13 in budget and fiscal activities involving large expenditures of resources.
• Experience using enterprise resource planning software to manage multiple business processes and applications.

Mansioni

• Serves as the Chief, Resource Management. Administers the financial management program and supervises personnel in budget administration.
• Plan, assign, and direct ongoing work to develop and administer the financial management program for the National Ground Intelligence Center.
• Manage the execution of a multi-year, multi-appropriation budget.
• Develop solutions to complex budget, program, and manpower issues.
• Conduct resource and manpower studies to recommend improvements in organization, staffing, work methods, and procedures.
• Technically and administratively supervise employees, including identifying training needs, preparing performance standards and appraisals, and conducting hiring actions.
